Lime Rock Springs recognizes the need for assistance among the many charitable organizations within our communities. We receive a large number of requests for donations to these worthy causes and we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. The following guidelines have been established to ensure fair distribution of donations throughout the many communities in which we serve. Before submitting your request, please review the following criteria:

• The organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
• The event or organization must be within the communities we serve, which includes Clayton, Dubuque and Jackson Counties in Iowa; JoDaviess County in Illinois; Grant, Lafayette and a portion of Iowa County in Wisconsin.
• All donation requests must be submitted through the online application below. Faxes, emails, phone calls, and mailed submissions will no longer be accepted.
• Lime Rock Springs’ donations committee meets once every two weeks and reviews all requests received. Please submit your request at least three weeks prior to the event to ensure proper consideration.
